Kristen M. Gottfried is a partner within the Workers’ Compensation Department of Conroy Simberg, focusing her practice on the representation of insurance carriers, PEOs, servicing agents and self-insured employers. Kristen M. Gottfried also represents several major long-haul trucking companies and gig economy platforms within the workers’ compensation arena. Prior to joining Conroy Simberg, Ms. Gottfried litigated in Circuit Civil Court, providing her with a diverse background in both administrative law and circuit civil litigation.
After earning her Bachelor of Arts degree from Purdue University, Ms. Gottfried graduated from Barry University School of Law with several Scholar Recognition Awards for academic excellence. Ms. Gottfried has been a member of the Florida Bar since 2011.
