Maria S. Chapman, an associate in the firm’s Tampa office, has practiced in the field of insurance defense for most of her career, including third-party claims representing insureds in premises liability and automobile claims. For the past several years, her practice has focused on representing insurers in first-party claims, including insurance coverage issues. She also defends insurers in litigation for various types of homeowner’s claims, including sinkhole claims.
