Simp McCorvey IV is an associate in Conroy Simberg’s Orlando office and a member of the firm’s General Liability practice team. He handles a broad range of insurance defense matters, including automobile liability and premises liability.
Prior to joining Conroy Simberg, Simp was an associate at a Florida insurance defense firm, where he represented clients in all aspects of civil litigation, including general liability, premises liability, and equitable subrogation matters. During his tenure, Simp was admitted to practice before the U.S. District Court for the Middle District of Florida and successfully handled an appeal before Florida’s Fifth District Court of Appeal.
Simp earned his Juris Doctor from Barry University School of Law after graduating summa cum laude from Bethune-Cookman University.
Outside of his legal practice, Simp is actively involved in the Beta Delta Lambda Chapter of Alpha Phi Alpha Fraternity, Inc. He also serves on the board of directors of a nonprofit organization focused on HIV/AIDS prevention.
