Britanee McCausland Prince

Associate

Britanee Prince is a member of the firm’s General Liability practice defending a broad range of insurance defense cases ranging from automobile accidents, negligent security, and premises liability. She earned her Bachelor’s of Science Degree from Clemson University where she majored in Political Science. She earned her law degree from the University of Florida.

During her second and third year of law school, she worked as an intern at the State Attorney’s Office. After graduating law school, she stayed in Gainesville and began her career as a prosecutor in the Domestic Violence unit. After gaining extensive litigation experience prosecuting misdemeanor crimes, she continued her prosecutorial career in the General Felony unit. She tried countless cases to verdict including robbery, aggravated battery, and traffic homicide. After six years as a prosecutor, she chose to transition to the civil sector and join Conroy Simberg.

In addition to her legal career, Ms. Prince is an active volunteer with Partnership for Strong Families. She currently serves on the Board of Directors for Pace Center for Girls Alachua.
