Garrett J. Swanson is a member of the firm’s General Liability and First Party Property practices defending a broad range of insurance defense cases ranging from automobile accidents, premises liability, and homeowner’s insurance litigation. Garrett earned his Bachelors of Science Degree in Criminal Justice with a Specialization Certificate in Criminal Profiling at the University of Central Florida (UCF) in 2015. He received his Juris Doctor from Stetson University College of Law in 2018. Before joining Conroy Simberg, Garrett spent time working for a major regional bank’s Small Business Administration (SBA) Lending Program and another insurance defense firm in the Central Florida area.
