Michael S. Kast, Board Certified by The Florida Bar in Civil Trial Law, is a partner in the firm's Orlando office. Michael is a seasoned litigator who has 40 years of experience handling trials in both state and federal courts throughout Florida. He has defended numerous clients in legal matters ranging from automobile and trucking litigation, premises liability, and personal injury liability to construction and product liability cases. He also has experience with medical malpractice and class actions claims.
Michael received his undergraduate degree and Juris Doctorate from Emory University. He has tried cases to verdict in the following Florida counties: Orange, Seminole, Flagler, Volusia, St. John’s, Clay, Polk, Brevard, Alachua and Marion.
