Oliver R. Pichardo is an associate attorney in the Orlando office of Conroy Simberg, where he focuses his practice on first-party property, general liability, construction, and insurance coverage disputes. Before joining Conroy Simberg, Oliver worked at a national law firm, handling personal injury protection (PIP) claims, investigating suspicious losses in automobile claims, staged accidents, medical recovery actions, fraudulent billing practices, insurance fraud claims, first-party property disputes, insurance coverage matters, and bad faith litigation.
Oliver earned his Juris Doctor from Barry University School of Law in Orlando, Florida, in 2020, and a Bachelor of Science in Interdisciplinary Studies from the University of Central Florida in 2016. During law school, he clerked at the Immigrants’ Rights Center, assisting with asylum petitions and preparing motions for the Orlando Immigration Court.
He is licensed to practice law in Florida and in all three of its Federal District Courts. Oliver is also fluent in Spanish.
