Managing Partner
Rachel Minetree, a partner in Conroy Simberg’s Miami and Hollywood offices, specializes in the areas of first party property, personal injury protection (PIP), and general liability. She joined the firm in 2002 as a young associate and has been with Conroy Simberg for almost all of her legal career. AV Preeminent rated by Martindale-Hubbell, she prides herself on professionalism and result-oriented litigation. She has extensive experience handling mass litigation, including first party SIU matters and PIP fraud, and has tried numerous cases to jury verdict. Rachel has also conducted hundreds of Examinations Under Oath and assists clients with pre-suit investigations in all aspects of first party claims. She enjoys sharing her passion for insurance defense litigation by presenting seminars and webinars on claims handling, emerging trends and case law. She also handles various pro bono animal rights cases and is active in location rescue organizations. She is an avid equestrienne and is a member of the United States Equestrian Federation, the South Florida Hunter Jumper Association and the Palm Beach Hounds.
