Samantha L. Marion is a partner in Conroy Simberg’s West Palm Beach office. She is a member of the firm’s General Liability division, where she handles a wide range of insurance defense cases, ranging from general liability and casualty, automobile litigation, premises liability, products liability, and professional liability and license defense.
Samantha graduated from the University of Florida with a Bachelor of Science in Sports Management in 2014. In 2018, she earned her Juris Doctor from the University of Miami School of Law, graduating cum laude.
Prior to joining Conroy Simberg, Samantha was a partner at a boutique insurance defense firm in West Palm Beach, where she represented clients in all aspects of civil litigation, including general liability, premises liability, complex tort litigation, construction defect, negligent security, trucking liability, professional liability and license defense matters and commercial litigation. Samantha is admitted to practice in all Florida state courts as well as the U.S. District Courts for the Southern, Middle and Northern Districts of Florida.
