Taylor C. Rutherford is an associate in Conroy Simberg’s Hollywood office, where she concentrates her practice on workers’ compensation defense, representing employers and insurance carriers in workers’ compensation matters throughout Florida.
Taylor earned her Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from the University of Alabama, graduating summa cum laude. She went on to earn her Juris Doctor from Nova Southeastern University Shepard Broad College of Law in 2024. Taylor is admitted to practice in all Florida state courts.
While in law school, Taylor interned for the Children and Families Law Clinic where she assisted in the representation of Dependency, Child Custody, Dissolution of Marriage, and Hague Convention cases.
