Workers’ compensation partners Neil A. Ambekar and Matthew J. Troy will be presenting at the 2025 Florida Bar Workers’ Compensation Forum in Orlando, Florida. Both Matt and Neil are Board-certified in Workers’ Compensation by The Florida Bar and hold AV Preeminent ratings from Martindale-Hubbell. They represent employers, carriers, TPAs, uninsured employers, PEOs, and self-insured funds in various workers' compensation matters.

Neil Ambekar, a partner in Conroy Simberg’s Orlando office, will co-present a panel discussion at the CLM Western Florida Chapter Networking Event Wednesday, March 06, 2025. The session, titled “Mission Possible: Closing the Un-Closeable Claim,” will explore how to quickly and effectively close out matters. 

Neil Ambekar, a partner in Conroy Simberg’s Orlando office, will co-present a panel discussion at the CLM Focus Conference on Wednesday, February 12, 2025. The session, titled “Navigating Cognitive Biases in Workers Compensation Claims Management,” will explore how cognitive biases influence claims management and legal decision making in workers' compensation. 

Matthew J. Troy, a partner in Conroy Simberg’s Orlando office, will co-present a webinar for Strafford, a national provider of CLE/CPE video webinars, on November 19, 2024. The session, titled “Workers' Compensation Fraud: Red Flags, Conducting Investigations, Defense Strategy, Best Practices for Prevention,” will cover the fundamentals of workers' compensation fraud, its impact on businesses, and common signs of fraud.
