Jason C. Axley | Pensacola office
Jason Axley, a member of the firm’s General Liability group, focuses his practice on general liability and first party property matters. Jason earned his Juris Doctor from the University of Florida Levin College of Law and a Bachelor of Science degree in Economics and Marketing from the University of South Florida.
Sean C. Barber | Jacksonville office
Sean is a member of the firm’s General Liability practice defending a broad range of insurance defense cases ranging from construction litigation to premises liability. Sean has been practicing law for over fifteen years. He has handled cases for the Florida Department of Environmental Protection, Florida Department of Transportation, and the Florida Department of Corrections. Sean has both first chair and second chair trial experience, and appellate experience. After earning a Bachelor of Arts degree in History from the Christopher Newport University in Virginia, Sean then moved to the First Coast where he earned a Juris Doctor from Florida Coastal School of Law.
Eric Faulkner | Tampa office
Eric Faulkner is an experienced trial attorney with more than a decade of experience protecting his clients’ interests in court. He has defended insurers and their insureds in matters involving personal injury, product liability, construction defects, medical malpractice, and premises liability, among other areas of law. Eric obtained his undergraduate degree from the University of Central Florida. He then graduated cum laude from the University of Akron School of Law, where he earned national recognition for his work in trial advocacy while also serving as an Associate Editor of the Akron Law Review. Eric is licensed in Florida and Ohio.
Justin B. Hales | Tallahassee, FL and Thomasville, GA
Justin B. Hales practices out of the firm’s Tallahassee, Florida and Thomasville, Georgia offices where he handles matters throughout Florida, the panhandle, and throughout the State of Georgia. He focuses his practice on general liability matters including wrongful death, products liability, negligent security, construction defect, premises liability, and trucking/automobile liability. He practices in both State and Federal Courts throughout the States of Florida and Georgia. Justin attained his undergraduate degrees in Political Science and Philosophy from the University of Georgia in 2008. Justin went on to obtain his Juris Doctorate from Florida Coastal School of Law in 2012.
Tylar Heintz | Orlando office
Tylar Heintz practices in the areas of personal injury protection (PIP) insurance, automobile litigation, first-party property and coverage, general liability and casualty premises liability, and intentional torts. He is admitted to practice in all Florida State courts. Tylar earned a Juris Doctor from Florida A&M College of Law where he was on the winning side of both state and national Phi Alpha Delta pre-law fraternity mock trial competitions. He earned a degree in Psychology and minored in Legal Studies and Spanish at the University of Central Florida.
