Neil Ambekar to Speak at CLM Focus Conference

Neil Ambekar, a partner in Conroy Simberg’s Orlando office, will co-present a panel discussion at the CLM Focus Conference on Wednesday, February 12, 2025. The session, titled “Navigating Cognitive Biases in Workers Compensation Claims Management,” will explore how cognitive biases influence claims management and legal decision making in workers' compensation. 

Neil is Board-Certified by The Florida Bar in Workers’ Compensation and AV Preeminent rated by Martindale-Hubbell.  With over 15 years of experience, Neil represents employers, carriers, TPAs, uninsured employers, and self-insured funds in all types of workers’ compensation cases.
