Joshua C. Canton, Justin B. Hales, and Amy Klotz recently prevailed on a motion for summary judgment in a premises liability negligent security, and negligent training and supervision accident in Fulton County,  Georgia where they argued that the co-defendant had stolen their client’s corporate identity and was fraudulently representing he was affiliated with their client’s company. 

Stephanie A. Robinson, a workers’ compensation partner in the firm’s Hollywood and West Palm Beach offices, will co-present “Perfecting Your Parlay: Pretrial, Defenses, Avoidances, and Preparation” at the Palm Beach County Bar Association’s Annual Workers’ Compensation CLE seminar on May 14, 2026.
